Danish delegation considers Astana Declaration as solid basis for OSCE's further development

ASTANA. December 2. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan Ombudsman Askar Shakirov met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Denmark to Kazakhstan Tom Jensen today who had arrived here for the OSCE Summit.
The Danish side highly appraised the results of the Summit assessed Astana Declaration as a solid basis for further development of the OSCE.
Mr. Tom Jensen took positive view on the course of implementation of the project on improvement of the Ombudsman Institute in Kazakhstan by the Kazakh Human Rights Commissioner together with the OSCE Centre in Astana and the Danish Institute for Human Rights.
The parties expressed interest in continuing mutually beneficial cooperation in human rights protection sphere.
