Damages worth over 627 billion tenge were paid to state last year, Kazakh Prosecutor General
Kazakh President received Prosecutor General of Kazakhstan Berik Assylov, Kazinform News Agency cites Akorda.

The latter reported on the state of legal order in Kazakhstan and the results of the priority supervising activities, crime situation, and measures aimed at the protection of the constitutional rights of nationals of Kazakhstan.
He said the rights of 81,000 entrepreneurs, 979,000 pensioners and people from socially vulnerable groups that have been infringed were restored. Child support debts up to 4.6 billion tenge were recovered.
136 officials were brought to responsibility for committed violations.
He also reported on the progress of investigation of several high-profile criminal cases.
He stressed damages worth over 627 billion tenge were paid to the state last year.
800 investors whose contributions to the country’s economy surpassed 12 trillion tenge received public prosecutor’s assistance.
The Kazakh President instructed to step up the work of the bodies of the Prosecutor’s Office to enhance the base guidelines of Law and Order and law enforcement in all spheres.
As earlier reported, 500 decisions of state bodies against investors were turned down last year.
