Customs Union' legal framework almost formed - T. Suleimenov

ASTANA. February 25. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ The legal framework of the Customs Union which includes more than 70 international documents is almost formed. Vice Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Kazakhstan Timur Suleimenov said it at the international conference 'The Customs Union: the first year results. On the way to the Single Economic Space' held in Astana.
"Great work was done on forming the Customs Union over a year. It was all possible thanks to strong political will and efforts of our experts," T. Suleimenov said.
The Vice Minister also reminded that the Customs Union was being gradually launched over 2010 year. The single import customs duties, single customs tariffs were set. The agreement on single tariff measures for third parties was also adopted. The unified system of customs administration is now working.
