MOSCOW. March 1. KAZINFORM Customs Union member states are close to reaching a compromise on importing civil aviation aircraft, Andrei Slepnev, Minister for Trade of the Eurasian Economic Commission, told a press conference in Moscow on 29 February.
According to BelTA, he reminded earlier the Belarusian and Kazakh sides had put forth an initiative to preserve preferential import procedures for quite a long time. According to Andrei Slepnev, it is most likely that preferential procedures will be prolonged for the aircraft Russia does not produce.
The relevant decision will be made soon, said the Minister.
