Cultural-humanitarian ties define basis of Kazakhstan-Belarus relationships - Smirnov

NSK. October 28. KAZINFORM /Aituar Mamlin/ The Kazakhstan-Belarus relations are based on friendly relations. Kazakh Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Belarus Anatoly Smirnov has said in an interview to the Information and Analytical Portal www.soyuz.by.
"Our relations development at the present stage is based on traditionally friendly relations between our peoples and our states," A.Smirnov emphasized.
Moreover, according to the head of the Kazakh diplomatic representation office, the cultural-humanitarian ties define foundation of the two countries' relationships. "In 2009 there were carried out the Days of Culture of Kazakhstan in Belarus, and in 2010 - the Days of Culture of Belarus in Kazakhstan. This brings together our peoples in the cultural plan," the diplomat noted.
