Crucial to use CARICC capacities for countering drug trafficking - Saudabayev

KABUL. July 20. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ It is necessary to maximally use the potential of the UN Central Asian Regional Information and Coordination Center (CARICC) to counter drug trafficking and exchange information between the OSCE Anti-Terrorist Unit and SCO regional Anti-Terrorist Structure.
OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Secretary of State and Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Kanat Saudabayev has made it public at the international conference on Afghanistan in Kabul on Tuesday.
"We have made several proposals on training of Afghan border services officers and policemen at Kazakhstan's training centers", K. Saudabayev said.
