Crucial to introduce health insurance by 2014 - Kazakh Prime Minister

PAVLODAR. September 14. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ The next step in the system of healthcare will be the transit to health insurance by 2014. Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov made it public at the meeting with participation of Health Minister Zhaksylyk Doskaliyev in Pavlodar on Tuesday.
The Premier emphasized the importance of developing a competitive market of medical services.
"Besides, it is important to change people's attitude to their health", K. Massimov said.
