KARAGANDA. KAZINFORM - "Optim-crane Kazakhstan" LLP implements a project on production of traveling gantry cranes and overhead traveling cranes in Karaganda.

"Our project is included into the regional Industrialization Map. Its cost is about 390 million tenge with creation of 150 jobs. The purpose of the project is to meet the demands of the local market in this sphere. The design capacity of the project is 50 cranes a year, this number is expected to be reached in 2017," Director of "Optim-crane Kazakhstan" LLP Yevgeny Lisitsyn said. The company was established three years ago as a subsidiary company of Russian "Optim crane" LLC. Presently, 70 people are employed with the company. "The capacity of the company now is about 30 cranes a year. These are the cranes with the capacity from 1 ton to 100 tons and over. As of today, the biggest crane we produced was the one we made for "Pavlodar-Energo" Company with the capacity of 100 tons," engineer of the company Denis Malykin told. He also noted that the company was making cranes for both local market and Russia. "In order to purchase new equipment, the enterprise used the instruments of state support within the Business Road Map-2020. We bought unique machinery made in Germany. There are only two of them in Kazakhstan, ours and in Atyrau region," D. Malykin told.
