In the state-of-the-nation address of President Nursultan Nazarbayev "Kazakhstan-2050" Strategy: a new political course of the established state" it is noted that the key issue of the legal policy is to realize the right to judicial protection of citizens guaranteed by the Constitution.

"For this purpose, it is necessary to ease the lawful process, to get rid of bureaucratic obstacles. With new information technologies at hand it won't be difficult to achieve that," President Nazarbayev stated in his address.

In the course of the Internet conference Mr. Beknazarov also touched upon the use of new technologies.

"Since 2007 all courts in Kazakhstan has introduced the electronic data processing - the Unified automated information and analytical system of judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan," the Chairman of the Supreme Court replied to one of the conference participants.

In general, it is quite obvious that current reform of legal system in Kazakhstan yields favorable results. The defining vector of the reform is the creation of the system of judicial protection of the rights of our citizens meeting the requirements of the society and the international norms. The success of the reform is proved by the fact that Kazakhstan became a full-fledged member of the International Association of Judges in 2011. This demonstrates that the global community has recognized stability and independence of Kazakhstan's court system.

In addition, Mr. Beknazarov spoke of use of audio and video devices at court hearings that, in his opinion, discipline both the lawyers and judges.
