Roza Sakhipova was crowned as the winner of the Miss Uralsk 2014 competition. The 18-year-old beauty will represent her hometown at the Miss Kazakhstan 2014 beauty pageant in Almaty on November 28. Earlier it was reported that the rules of the upcoming beauty pageant had been changed dramatically .
