Council of Legal Policy meeting took place in Astana

ASTANA. December 28. KAZINFORM - Today in Astana under the chairmanship of the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Donakov there was a regular meeting of the Council of Legal Policy under the President of Kazakhstan, reports the press office of the State Law Department of the Administration of the Kazakh President.

The meeting considered the issue of implementation of regulatory decisions and messages of the Constitutional Council on the constitutional legality in the country. There was a report of the Constitutional Council concerning the matter.

The attendees listened to the report of the Ministry of Justice on the outcome of the execution plan for 2013 for realizing the Concept of Legal Policy for the period from 2010 to 2020.

Also at the sitting there was a summing up of the activities of the Council for Legal Policy in the current year and the draft plan of work for 2014 has been approved.

"Recommendations of the meeting will be taken into account in further improvement of legislation and law enforcement in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the statement reads.
