NEW YORK. KAZINFORM Wall Street was lower near midday on Friday, with its benchmark indicator, the Dow Jones Industrial Average, down around 600 points a day after plunging by a record 1,190 points.
The major sell-off has put US markets on course for their worst week since the 2008 financial crisis, EFE reports.
