Cooperation with APR one of the key trends in 2014 - Foreign Affairs Ministry

ASTANA. December 19. KAZINFORM - Increased cooperation with the Asia-Pacific Region (APR) will be one of the key directions in the activities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2014, has stated today Mr. Idrissov, Foreign Affairs Minister.
"Evidence of increased interest from our side to this region is the opening at the end of this year of the Kazakh Embassy in Vietnam and raising the level of our diplomatic mission in Thailand to the level of a full embassy", said Mr. Idrissov.
According to the Minister, Kazakhstan will also continue to strengthen cooperation with South Asian countries, especially India and Pakistan.
