Coop issues between Kazakhstan and OIC discussed

ANA. February 17. KAZINFORM Cooperation issues between Kazakhstan and the Organization of the Islamic Conference were discussed on Monday at the meeting of Kazakh Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Kairat Lama Sharif with Secretary General of the Organization Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, Kazinform refers to the press service of he Kazakh Embassy.
The Kazakh Ambassador handed over the Secretary General a message of OSCE Chairman-in-office, Kazakh Secretary of State - Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev with an invitation to the OSCE Conference on tolerance and non-discrimination that is planned to be held in Astana on June29-30, 2010. The invitation was gratefully accepted.
E. Ihsanoglu noted that he follows the successes of Kazakhstan at the post of the OSCE chairman and hopes that our country will contribute to the activity of the OIC in 2011 during its chairmanship in the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers.
