Continental Team Astana rider Okishev suspected of doping

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Continental Team Astana rider Victor Okishev has been tested positive for doping, according to the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI).
The UCI announced that Okishev's sample collected at the Asian Cycling Championships on May 29, 2014 tested positive. Recall that Okishev hauled gold at the event. "The rider has the right to request and attend the analysis of the B sample," says UCI. "He has been provisionally suspended until the adjudication of the affair." Okishev is the fourth rider from Astana to test positive for a banned substance. Astana riders Ilya Davidenko and brothers Maxim and Valentin Iglinskiy returned positive doping samples earlier this year as well. Source: Vesti.kz.
