Construction of 'Uzen-state border with Turkmenistan' railroad to be finished in Oct 2011

ASTANA. February 9. KAZINFORM 17 projects totaling KZT 536 billion were included in Kazakhstan's Industrialization Map from Mangystau region. The projects will provide about 27 thousand new permanent jobs.
Nine projects have already been implemented. Their total cost made KZT 38 billion. 1,500 new jobs were created. Akim of Mangystau region Krymbek Kusherbayev made it public at his Wednesday meeting with residents.
According to the Governor, construction of the railroad "Uzen-state border with Turkmenistan" will be finished in October 2011 till the 20th anniversary of Kazakhstan's independence. On the instructions of the Government, a special economic zone 'Caspian' is planned to establish at the station 'Bolashak', bordering with Turkmenistan.
