Construction of Aktobe gas processing plant in full swing

KAZINFORM /Samal Yendibayeva/ Construction of gas processing plant Kazakhoil Aktobe LLP, an important investment project, which would solve the problem of associated gas utilization, is in full swing. About 60 percent of works have been completed. The plant will be put into service till the end of the year, said General Director Andrey Reshetnev.
"We are one of the largest users of mineral resources in the region, but have not yet solved the problem of utilization of associated gas. Now we are making every effort to implement the project on gas processing.
We have social responsibilities in Aktobe region - 25 percent of the produced gas we will give for social services, - said Andrey Reshetnev. - The remaining 75 percent will be distributed throughout the region. We are not doing business, first and foremost this is an environmental project."
