Conception on state management modernization to help pursue uniform policy in this sphere - Minister Aitzhanova

During the meeting chaired by Finance and Budget Committee Chairman Kairat Ishchanov, Minister Zhanar Aitzhanova informed about the most important aspects of work in the light of tasks set by the President to the Ministry. She paid special attention to the issues concerning coordination of macroeconomic policy, realization of the Strategic Development Plan till 2020, performance of regional policy, improvement of business climate, development of business activity, trade policy, state assets management.

As Minister noted, the Ministry will focus on realization of the Strategic Plan-2020, state programs of forced industrial-innovative development and in the spheres of education and health.

Regarding the state management and planning system improvement, the Minister emphasized that the process should be realized on a permanent basis.

"Therefore, the key aim of further reforming should be orientation of the system and methods of state management to the forming of strategic factors of economic growth, specified by the President of Kazakhstan, ensuring social progress and the country's competitiveness", Zh. Aytzhanova said.

The Minister also informed about the planned start of the development of conception on state management modernization. According to her, the main directions and stages of further reforms on formation of a compact and professional government including effective state sector will be indicated in this document. "This will allow to pursue uniform policy in the sphere of state management system improvement in our country", Aitzhanova resumed.
