Concept of Kazakhstan's territory organization general scheme to be submitted to Cabinet Q1, 2011

ASTANA. January 13. KAZINFORM /Gulnara Zhandagulova/ The Concept of general scheme of territory organization of Kazakhstan will be submitted to the Government in the 1st quarter of 2011, Kazinform refers to the Construction, Housing and Utilities Agency.
"We have developed the Concept of general scheme of territory organization of Kazakhstan. In the 1st quarter of 2011, after receiving approval from all interested state bodies, the draft document will be submitted to the Government", Chairman of the Agency Serik Nokin said today.
"The last year we discussed and approved the general plans of Kazakhstan's five cities with an estimated population of over 100 thousand people. General plans of two satellite cities of Almaty - Golden City and Gate City, as well as Zhana Ile tourist center were approved too", he added.
The projects were thoroughly examined within a special expertise.
