Complex Energy Efficiency Plan till 2015 developing in country

TARAZ. February 27. KAZINFORM /Galina Skripnik/ Meetings with population of Marken and Turar Ryskulov districts of Zhambyl region aimed at explanation of the President's Address to the nation were held by members of the Kazakh Agencies on Regulation of Natural Monopolies.

According to head of the department of regulation of natural monopolies and prices of the Agency on Zhambyl region M.Kassymov, issues of energy efficiency and efficient use of resources were discussed at the meeting. The main goals of the strategic plan of the Agency were explained as well.

"Complex Energy Efficiency Plan till 2015, providing establishment of an accounting system of production, consumption and loss of energy is under development in our country. The state must show the opportunities of energy saving in the state owned facilities (schools, hospitals, administrative buildings)", head of the department of technical regulation N.Rysdauletov said.

"Realization of these measures will allow to lay foundation of the energy saving policy of the country for mid-term perspective till 2015", M.Kassymov said.
