Common responsibility for Motherland underlies national unity of Kazakhstanis - Nazarbayev

ASTANA. October 20. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ "Having established the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan, the Kazakhstanis found their own way toward national unity. And we have performed huge work in this direction", President Nursultan Nazarbayev has said it at the 16th session of the Assembly in Astana today.
According to the President, over 15 years of functioning, the Assembly has developed a legal base of inter-ethnic and inter-religious equality. The Assembly's activity is based on strategic planning, the principle of "unity-diversity", the President noted.
"Common responsibility for the fate of our Motherland underlies the national unity of the Kazakhstanis. We have realized the principle "one country-one fate", he added.
