Akim of Lebyazhinsk district Serik Apsalikov believes that comfortable housing, good work environment and leisure will help deal with the problems of the lack of staff in villages.
According to the district housing program another two-storeyed building will be also restored. Another important factor for young families is a kindergarten that will open there in January.
