Cold spell, precipitation to grip Kazakhstan Mar 12-14

Kazhydromet national weather service forecasts unstable weather and precipitation in most parts of Kazakhstan on March 12-14, Kazinform News Agency reports.
Heavy precipitation (rain and snow) will hit Pavlodar and Karaganda regions on March 12, and Zhetysu, Abai, East Kazakhstan, Turkistan, Zhambyl and Almaty regions on March 12-13.
Strong wind, foggy and icy road conditions are forecast across the country.
Temperatures are expected to drop to -10-20°C at night, and to -2-10°C in the daytime in most regions.
Southern areas will see temperatures decline to -2-12°C at night and to +6-2°C during daylight hours.
