Code on healthcare system to be approved with President’s amendments

ANA. September 3. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The objections of the President of Kazakhstan on several articles of the Code "On heath of people and healthcare system" have been considered today at the plenary session of Mazhilis of the Kazakh Parliament.
As President's Representative in the Parliament Askar Beisenbayev explained the Code was forwarded for signature of the Head of the State on June, 24 after approval of the Parliament. The President integrated some objections on subparagraph 28) of Article 6 "Competency of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 2 of Article 7 "Competency of authorized body" and returned the Draft Law to the Parliament.
After discussion the deputies voted the Code edited by the Parliament down. Following the results of the voting the President's objections were accepted.
In such a way the Code "On Health of People and Healthcare System" will be approved according to the amendments of the President.
