CNPC Aktobemunaigas to avoid KZT 1,7 bln penalty

AKTOBE. KAZINFORM The department of ecology of the Aktobe region filed an appeal against the decision concerning the CNPC Aktobemunaigas JSC excess gas burning.
However the court of appeal affirmed the court decision of the specialized economic court, the press service of the affiliate of the Entrepreneurs' Chamber of the region said. As is known, the department issued orders to pay for ecological damage up to KZT 1,7 bln for excess emissions as the random checks revealed.
