Close and trust-based political dialogue intrinsic to Kazakhstan and Belarus, ambassador

MINSK. September 20. KAZINFORM The Kazakh Embassy in Minsk with support of the Belarusian Union of Writers held an international scientific and practical conference themed "Role and place of literary heritage in the development of international relations" dated to the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Belarus.

Delivering an opening address Ambassador Yergali Bulegenov briefed on the main milestones of the establishment and development of bilateral ties highlighting the close and trust-based political dialogue between the two states, the Embassy's press service said.

The Kazakh diplomat underlined an undoubted role of the inter-cultural dialogue in the rapprochement of literatures of the West and East and the initiatives of President Nursultan Nazarbayev on the Congress of Leaders and World and Traditional Religions and CICA.

The conference ended with an event of well-known Kazakh poet and diplomat Olzhas Suleimenov. The poet thanked for warm reception and shared his impressions of Belarus.

Reps of the diplomatic corps, heads of international organizations, ministries an departments, academic circles of Belarus, Kazakh Diaspora, Kazakh students and creative intelligentsia.
