CIS IPA adopts model laws in science and innovations sphere
The CIS parliamentarians adopted a Model Code of Intellectual Property for the CIS member states, model laws on electronic public services and protection of scientific discoveries rights. These documents will be directed to the parliaments of the Commonwealth for use during elaboration of the national legislative acts.
Recommendations on legislative support of art education development in the CIS states were also adopted and the issues of socio-legal protection of participants of the Great Patriotic War were considered. The participants of the CIS IPA session will discuss this issue in detail at the conference devoted to the 65th anniversary of the Great Victory today.
"We plan to continue discussion of legal aspects of modernization in this sphere", Chairman of the CIS IPA Council, Speaker of the Russian Federation Council Sergey Mironov said.
