CIS Council for Interregional and Cross-Border Cooperation to meet in Grodno 26-27 February

MINSK. February 25. KAZINFORM Grodno will play host to the 3rd meeting of the CIS Council for Interregional and Cross-Border Cooperation on 26-27 February, BelTA learnt from the Foreign Ministry of Belarus.

The agenda of the meeting comprises 8 issues, including the Concept of Belarus' Chairmanship in the CIS, a draft concept of CIS interregional and cross border cooperation through 2020 as well as an action plan for its implementation.
Deputy Head of the Department for the CIS and the EurAsEC of the Foreign Ministry of Belarus Ruslan Yesin is expected to speak at the meeting, BelTA reports.
The program of the meeting envisages familiarization with the tourist and border infrastructure of Grodno Oblast.
