Chinese figure skaters lead after short program

ASTANA. February 3. KAZINFORM /Gulnara Zhandagulova/ Figure skating pairs have performed their short programs today. Chinese pair Pang Qing and Tong Jian are leaders now after the short program.
Their Technical Elements score was 36,72 points and 31,64 was a Program Component score. Another pair from China Sui Wenjing and Han Cong is second. The third placed pair Ri Ji Hyang and Tae Won Hyok from DPRK.
Kazakhstan's pair Lidiya Voblenko and Vladimir Rudy withdrew from the tournament due to injury.
