Chefs de mission Seminar of 2011 Asian Games to be held in Almaty

ALMATY. March 26. KAZINFORM /Yelena Ilyinskaya/ On March 29-31, 2010 Almaty will hold Chefs de mission Seminar of the VII Winter Asian Games-2011 which is an important stage in preparation for the contest, Vice President of the Executive Directory of the VII Asian Games-2011 (AWAGOC) Serik Kulmurzayev said.
The event will bring together over 100 experts of national Olympic committees from 45 Asian countries, Olympic Council of Asia and other sports organizations.
Chefs de mission Seminar is an obligatory event held prior to beginning of the Olympics and Asian Games. The Organizing Committees familiarize the participating countries with the course of preparation for the competition. The reports usually include information on the level of preparedness of sports facilities, the issues of accommodation of the sportsmen, transportation, medical service, logistics, voluntary movement etc.
