Chavez faces fresh treatment for cancer

PARIS. February 24. KAZINFORM Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez is due to fly to Cuba on Friday for new cancer treatment.
The ailing socialist leader said he is having an operation early next week to remove a "lesion" in the same pelvic area where a tumour was previously found, the Euronews reports.
The news has shaken the South American nation, ahead of a presidential election in October.
