Charitable film projection of "Knockin' On Heaven's Door" film gathers KZT 258,800 for Liza Astapova

ALMATY. February 20. KAZINFORM /Yekaterina Ionova/ Charitable film projection of cult film "Knockin' On Heaven's Door" gathered KZT 258,800 for Liza Astapova,3, who needs urgent treatment abroad. Over 250 people took part in the campaign.
Liza's diagnosis is a mixed form of infantile cerebral paralysis and hypertensive syndrome. Liza's family lives in Kapshagai and has not enough funds for the treatment. She needs USD 5,000 for the course of treatment and surgery in hospital Bintuan in China.
The organizers thank all who expressed charity. "We cannot remind everybody, but we express special gratitude to the "Kinoclub" of Oleg Boretsky which donates KZT 39,000, International School of Almaty of N.Nazarbayev Educational Fund - KZT 25,000, Alexei and Yevgeni - KZT 10,000, Zamira - KZT 7,000 and many others", volunteers of «Komanda SOS» said.
