Chairman of Kazakh National Bank charged to draft proposals for pension system reforming

ASTANA. September 17. KAZINFORM Today Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev has received Chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan Grigory Marchenko, the press service of Akorda informed.
The chairman of the National Bank reported on the country's financial situation, including the banking sector and exchange market.
"The situation at the exchange market and banking sector is stable. The National Fund and gold-exchange resources continue to grow reaching USD 85 billion. The inflation rate remains quite low up to 4.7%," G. Marchenko added.
Following the meeting, the Kazakh President instructed to develop proposals for further reforming of the pension system and the use of financial institutions to fund projects in the framework of public-private partnership.
