Chairman of Economic Affairs Committee of Estonia's Parliament U. Klaas visited Majilis

As the press service of the Lower House of the Kazakh Parliament informs, the meeting focused on issues of strengthening cooperation between Kazakhstan and Estonia as well topical issues of interparliamentary interaction.

U. Klaas noted Estonia highly appraised Kazakhstan's chairmanship in the OSCE.

"As a member of the European Union Estonia has harmonized its legislation with European one taking into consideration national interests", the guest said.

He also noted importance of establishment of direct contacts with the colleagues on professional level.

"Priority must be given to deputy groups of friendship between the parliaments", V. Bobrov said in turn and told about the major components of Kazakhstan's economic development and the Parliament's work.
