Central Asia is Kazakhstan's foreign policy priority, FM

ASTANA. KAZINFORM "Kazakhstan prioritizes development of cooperation with the countries of Central Asia," Kazakh Foreign Minister Erlan Idrissov said today in Astana.
"The country's foreign policy concept prioritizes collaboration with our Central Asian neighbors. Our region and each country separately will benefit if we unite. We have a great potential, first of all, in trade and economic, transport, investment, logistics, ecological, scientific and other spheres," the FM said. According to him, it is crucial to draw Central Asian private sectors together. "We are the neighbors and we should strengthen our cooperation," he added.
