Center on prevention of spread of A/H1N1 virus established in Pavlodar region

Measures on prevention of the infection spread were discussed at the session chaired by Deputy Governor of the region Rysty Zhumabekova.

Director of the State Sanitary-Epidemiological Inspection Department of the Kazakh Healthcare Ministry on Pavlodar region Kanat Beisembayev reported of the action plan on detection of patients with influenza. Sanitary checkpoints were organized at the airport and the railway station. All people, arriving from abroad, are taken under special control. Infectious disease wards are reserved in case of identification of diseased people. Necessary medicine was purchased.   

The same preventive measures are taken in the districts of the region as well.
