CEC chairman Turganov holds meeting with SCO Secretary General

The parties have discussed the current state of Kazakhstan's electoral legal system and relevant issues of the agenda. During the meeting the head of CEC has also introduced international observers to the activity of CEC on the preparation and implementation of the special elections. "You are constant participants of our electoral processes. Your recommendations and conclusions often become a base for the changes and amendments that we offer the Government. That happened before and I consider it is going to happen this time again. Positive experience of our cooperation is going to develop", said K. Kurgankulov, addressing D. Mezentsev in Astana.

He has also briefly informed the guests about the electoral situation in Kazakhstan and emphasized the importance of the cooperation of CEC and SCO.
