CCI in development of CIS innovative space - forum in Kazan

SAINT PETERSBURG. March 30. KAZINFORM /Yelena Myagkova/ An international forum "Development of CIS Innovative Space: Role and place of CIS Chambers of Commerce and Industry" will be held April 16-17 in Kazan (Republic of Tatarstan) on the initiative of the Chambers of Industry and Commerce of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine.
It is planned to study the issues on creating the background for the CIS states to interact in the sphere of joint innovative development and promotion of the role of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in this process.
The forum will be held as a plenary session and roundtable meetings. The main topics of discussions will be the major directions of development of the CIS innovative space, national and interstate financial mechanisms of innovative development, coordination of legislative framework, the role and place of the Trade and Industrial Chambers and public associations in the development of CIS innovative space and other issues.
