Caspian States FMs consider new opportunities for cooperation

MOSCOW. KAZINFORM - Moscow World Trade Center has hosted a meeting of the Conference of Foreign Affairs Ministers of the Caspian states.
The Kazakh delegation was headed by Foreign Minister Yerlan Idrissov. Opening the meeting, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov noted an intensive political dialogue at the highest level, as well as cooperation between ministries and agencies of the Caspian States. The countries actively collaborate in business and cultural spheres. He recalled that according to the results of the III Caspian Summit of Heads of States held in 2010, a number of specific tasks were set in regard with the development of the Caspian Sea legal status, security issues, as well as cooperation in the field of fisheries.
