"The agreement on security cooperation of the Caspian littoral states, adopted in 2010 following the results of the II Caspian Summit in Baku, offers wide prospects to foster further cooperation of the Caspian five.

The Caspian littoral states have a real opportunity to settle the long ago escalated issue on delimitation of water areas of the Caspian Sea. Now we have to formulate certain regulations for new areas and the common water space," he added.
