Caspian Energy Summit to take place this fall

President of Russia Vladimir Putin is expected to chair the 1st Caspian Energy Summit. The chairmanship will rotate then to a host country of the next Leadership Summit. The Caspian Energy Summit will focus on the current joint projects of the Caspian littoral states' companies, debate prospects for the development of economic ties between the countries in various fields ranging from power economy to agriculture. Heads of State and Government of the EU countries, heads of the European Commission and leading trans-national world companies, that are the members of the Caspian European Club, also expressed an intention to participate in the Caspian Energy Summit in addition to the executives of the EU companies and the Caspian-Black Sea region countries.
