Car crash kills a 23yo foot-passenger on Astana-Petropavlovsk highway

ASTANA. August 6. KAZINFORM On "Astana-Petropavlovsk" road there took place a traffic accident that left dead a 23-year-old young man of Zerendy district, the press service of the Internal Affairs of Akmola region says.
At the 38 km of "Astana-Petropavlovsk" highway a 39-year-old driver of «Toyota Camry», moving in the direction of Petropavlovsk on the middle traffic lane saw a man walking in the front, and he turned the wheel to the left and collided with a metal fence. After hitting the car was thrown into the right side of the road where there was a lorry with a trailer.
As a result, «Toyota Camry» facing the rear axle of the trailer flew off to the left side, where there was a pedestrian. A 23-year-old pedestrian from his injuries died at the scene. The body of a young boy was sent to the morgue for forensic examination. At the moment, both vehicles are in the car pound. The drivers have not been intoxicated. There is investigation going on.
