Capsule with message to posterity to be laid in Pavlodar Park of the First President

PAVLODAR. December 1. KAZINFORM - Today there will laid a capsule with a message to future generations in the Park of the First President of Kazakhstan in the city of Pavlodar, the press office of the Akim informs.
