Capital legalization started in Kazakhstan

The main purpose of the campaign is to engage all additional funds into the economy in the form of legalized capital including property moved out from a legitimate economic turnover in order to conceal incomes and (or) property not documented in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This includes both movable and immovable property located on the territory of the country and abroad. In this case, according to the law, persons entitled to participate in the campaign, should be citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, repatriates and people who have a residence permit in Kazakhstan. The law clearly established the types of crimes and offenses subject to amnesty. Property gained as a result of the crimes listed in the law must not be legalized.
