Cancer, second major cause of death in Kazakhstan

TANA. October 14. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ "Oncological diseases hold the second position after the cardiovascular diseases in the list of mortality rates among the people of Kazakhstan," Kazakh Healthcare Minister Salidat Kairbekova told a republican seminar of oncologists in Astana.
Kairbekova told that the Ministry elaborated and adopted a package of important practice guideline on the cancer detection service within the Salamatty Kazakhstan state-run healthcare development programme.
