Budget spending on social and labour sector in Kazakhstan to grow in 2024

Budget spending on the social and labour sector in Kazakhstan is expected to make 5 trillion 456 billion tenge in 2024 that is 16% more as compared to 2023, Kazinform News Agency reports citing the Labour Ministry.
98.2% or 5 trillion 355.5 billion will be spent on pension and benefit payments this year.
In 2023 Kazakhstan spent 4 trillion 689.3 billion tenge for paying 4.4 million people pensions and benefits.
