Budget expenditures for social sphere to rise in 2010-2012

ANA. September 14. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Budget expenditures for social sphere will rise in the upcoming three years, Minister of Economy and Budget Planning Bakhyt Sultanov has informed in the course of presentation of the 2010-2012 draft National Budget.

KZT 212 966 mln will be spent for education in 2010, while in 2011 this sum will be raised up to KZT 233 644 mln and KZT 239 069 mln in 2012. In 2009 this figure makes KZT 221 bln.

In conformity with the project, the expenditures for healthcare sphere will make: KZT 359 136 mln in 2010, KZT 339 436 mln in 2011 and KZT 385 067 mln in 2012. The current year budget provides for KZT 172 753 mln for this aim.

Financing social sphere and social care system will be raised as well: KZT 922 434 mln - in 2010, KZT 1 026 218 mln in 2011 and KZT 1 120 270 mln in 2012. KZT 812 703 are envisaged in 2009 national budget for this purpose.

In whole the expenses of the national budget for social sphere will be as following: KZT 1 578 176 mln - in 2010, KZT 1 650 971 mln - in 2011 and KZT 1 783 581 - in 2012. In the current year this sum makes KZT 1 324 665 mln.
