British, Russian experts visited Nuclear Technology Park in Kurchatov

SEMEY. August 28. KAZINFORM /Lina Slavina/ Experts of the Closed Nuclear Centers Program (CNCP) have visited the Nuclear Technology Park of Kurchatov, East Kazakhstan region. Among the members of the delegation are Patrick Gray, Stefan Sugden, Charles Monk (Great Britain), Alexander Tsibulya, Roman Tertychny and Dmitry Alyavdin (Russia).
The visit aims at discussion of joint commercially promising projects, search for new forms of cooperation, study opportunities and experience exchange.
In the course of the visit there were held negotiations on funding the projects regarding radial electric heating, development and production of X-ray diagnostic systems in Kurchatov. These projects are expected to be implemented together with the Nuclear Energy Institute of the Kazakh National Nuclear Centre under partial financing support of the CNPC.
According to the experts of the Kurchatov Nuclear Technology Park, British partners' participation and support in realization of perspective projects will lead to establishment of efficient productions and creation of additional jobs.
