Breathtaking shift change of French lighthouse keepers

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - This short clip from a French documentary shows how lighthouse keepers used to change shifts at the Kereon lighthouse in the Iroise Sea.
It seems like being a lighthouse keeper requires not only engineering skills but also courage to stand against the raging nature.
The Kereon lighthouse was built in 1914. It was fully automated in 2014 and the procedure of changing keepers' shifts ended.
