Breaking news: MFA seeks ways of rendering assistance to Kazakh tourists injured in Turkey and Cambodia

ASTANA. July 8. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ The Kazakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs is figuring out what help is needed to the Kazakh tourists injured in Turkey and Cambodia. Kazakh MFA's Spokesman Ilyas Omarov has said to a Kazinform correspondent.

"We do not yet have exact information, but the MFA seeks ways of rendering assistance to the Kazakh tourists injured in Turkey and Cambodia," I.Omarov said.

Today the mass media announced two accidents happened with the Kazakh tourists abroad.

In Cambodia the Kazakh citizen, a female, 48, was injured as a result of seven-meter fall during visiting one of the local sites. She was taken to hospital in Phnom Penh with an open head traumatic brain injury and now is in serious condition.

Besides, a road accident happened with a 17-year-old resident of Pavlodar in Kemer, Turkey. A car knocked down her at a crossover near a hotel. The female was hospitalized with injuries and now she is in a coma.
